Social Media Coordinator & Content Manager at Amor Consulting
We are looking for a hyper-organized, execution-focused Social Media Coordinator to act as the right-hand to our Founder. Your primary mission is to remove the friction from content creation. You will take high-level ideas, research the market, script the content, and ensure it gets published and distributed flawlessly across all platforms.
If you need to be micromanaged or told what to do every hour, this is not for you. We move fast, and we need someone who can take an idea, run with it, and deliver a ready-to-publish asset.
What You Will Actually Do
Trend & Hook Research: Scour social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to identify trending audio, formats, and high-converting hooks relevant to our niche.
Scripting & Storyboarding: Turn the Founder’s raw ideas into punchy, highly engaging, and structured scripts optimized for short-form retention.
Content Production Engine: Act as the air-traffic controller for all content. You will manage the content calendar, coordinate with editors (or handle light editing yourself), and ensure a high volume of output without a drop in quality.
Publishing & Optimization: Schedule and post content across platforms, writing optimized captions and utilizing platform-specific growth features.
Metric Tracking: Track what hits and what misses. Provide weekly, blunt feedback on view velocity, engagement rates, and what we need to pivot for the next sprint.

Requirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts and scaling reach.
Strong portfolio of written scripts or content pieces that have performed well.
Deep understanding of the digital marketing and creator economy landscape.
