About the Role
Kspace Technologies Inc. is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate new business opportunities and support the company’s sales growth.
The SDR will be responsible for researching potential clients, reaching out to prospects, qualifying leads, booking meetings, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, organized, target-driven, and interested in technology and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients in target industries.
Conduct outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
Introduce Kspace Technologies’ services to prospective clients.
Qualify leads based on business needs, interest, budget, and timing.
Book discovery calls and meetings for the sales or leadership team.
Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, follow-ups, and responses.
Follow up with prospects in a professional and consistent manner.
Support sales campaigns for Kspace services, including software development, IT solutions, FieldOps, automation, and hardware refresh.
Provide regular updates on outreach activity, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
Required Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making calls and sending professional outreach emails.
Good research and lead-generation skills.
Ability to explain services clearly and professionally.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Basic understanding of technology, software, or IT services is an asset.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or lead generation is preferred.
