As a Solutions Engineer at voize, you own the full technical journey of our customers - from the first presales check to ongoing operations. You’re the primary technical point of contact , bridging voize and customer IT. By validating infrastructure, configuring secure setups, solving technical issues, and scaling deployments, you ensure a smooth experience and long-term success. 🚀 Your Daily Business – No two days are alike Support pre-sales calls to assess infrastructure, spot blockers, and guide evaluations Multiple years of experience as a Linux or Windows Administrator. Technology Tech Stack Android: Kotlin Multi-Platform, Jetpack Compose ML: PyTorch, Python Microservices: Kotlin, K8S Backend: Kotlin, Koin, REST API Challenges We run our ASR/NLP models locally on smartphones. Models need to be resource-efficient yet really accurate. With every user interaction data is generated and used for model improvements. This data needs to be processed continuously, automatically quality-assured and used for new model training. We deploy into production on average every 6h and release updated machine learning models several times a week.
