Key Responsibilities
Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to potential business clients.
Introduce DrishtIQ's services and understand customer requirements.
Qualify leads based on business needs and decision-making authority.
Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and meeting targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Coordinate with the Business Development team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Prepare daily activity and performance reports.
