Job Title: Technical Product Manager – New Product Development (Robotics)

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Product Manager to lead new product development in our warehouse automation robotics portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, business, and customer experience, and will drive products from concept to deployment.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams spanning mechanical, embedded, controls, and software engineering, while also aligning with business, operations, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify product gaps and opportunities
Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand unmet needs and operational pain points
Translate insights into clear product opportunities, value propositions, and product vision/positioning
Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with functional and technical specifications
Define system-level architecture in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams
Ensure product requirements address scalability, reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance
Build business cases including ROI analysis, cost models, and pricing strategy
Define success metrics across technical, operational, and commercial dimensions
Plan product roadmap, development milestones, and overall execution strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related engineering discipline
3+ years of experience in technical product management, system engineering, or program management
Proven track record of delivering interdisciplinary products from concept to launch
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle in hardware-software integrated systems
Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in robotics, warehouse automation, wearables, EVs, or other high-tech systems
Familiarity with design for manufacturing (DFM) principles
Exposure to autonomous systems / vehicles
Understanding of safety and regulatory considerations in industrial products
