We are looking for a skilled and adaptable E-commerce Assistant to join our growing team in Veraval. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our overseas clients' e-commerce operations and overall digital presence. We need someone who understands that clean data is the backbone of a successful e-commerce websites.

Work You Will Do Every Day
Manage Product Data: Develop and maintain accurate e-commerce data for our clients using Shopify and Zoho.
System Setup: Set up and configure the back-end systems for e-commerce websites.
Site Maintenance: Perform general website updates and maintenance to keep ecommerce websites running smoothly.
Marketing Support: Assist our team with various digital marketing and SEO data tasks.
Admin & Data Entry: Perform general data entry and administrative tasks to keep projects on track.
The Skills You Must Have
MS Excel Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Excel is required, including complex formula applications like XLOOKUP.
English Skills: You must have strong English language skills to clearly understand instructions from our international clients.
Smart Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills to tackle daily challenges.
Tech-Savvy: An aptitude for quickly learning new e-commerce-related software, platforms and AI tools.
Zero Errors: Strong attention to detail is critical.
Time Management: The ability to smartly organize your workday, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and strictly meet deadlines for our clients.
Team Player: The ability to work independently while still being a strong part of our team.
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Skills)
While 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred, highly motivated freshers with strong Excel skills and an ability to learn quickly are also welcome to apply. We value aptitude and a willingness to master new tech tools just as much as prior experience.
Experience with image editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
