Your primary role will be to make outbound calls, explain our services, schedule demos for interested leads, and convert them into sales. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers Explain products/services clearly Maintain call logs and follow-ups Achieve daily/weekly sales targets Provide excellent customer support Requirements Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali (mandatory) Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally Experience in telecalling/sales preferred but not mandatory Need to have a laptop Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month Incentive: 15% commission per sale
