Role Overview
We're looking for an SDR Lead to own outbound pipeline generation while leading a SDR team. This is a player-coach role—you'll generate qualified opportunities, mentor SDRs, improve outbound processes, and work closely with Account Executives to build a predictable pipeline.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach and build the SDR team to consistently achieve pipeline targets.
Own outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and prospecting strategies.
Track SDR performance, pipeline metrics, and CRM hygiene.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leadership to improve pipeline generation.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in SaaS Sales Development or Business Development.
Experience leading SDRs.
Proven track record of exceeding outbound pipeline targets.
Strong cold calling, email, and LinkedIn prospecting skills.
Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
