About the role
We have users from every country in the world except North Korea. To deliver a great experience for them, Sorce needs to have all the jobs in the world. There are an estimated 20 - 30 million digital job applications in the world. We currently support 1.2 million of them. This is not enough.
You’ll be part of the AGI team building the infrastructure to index every job in the world and the AI agents that apply to them.
Only a few companies have scraped all the jobs in the world, and we will be the first company to build AI agents that can apply to every job in the world.

Experience building AI agents, web automation, or web scraping is preferred

Your compensation will include meaningful equity ownership (We typically grant 90th percentile equity offers to our team members.)
