Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, posting job advertisements, and assisting in developing creative recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
Experience in talent sourcing, resume screening, and conducting interviews
Familiarity with creating job postings and managing applicant tracking systems
Knowledge of recruitment trends and strategic hiring practices
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and engaging candidates
Proficiency with recruiting tools, platforms, and software
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
