We automate your local and remote payrolls, HR, onboarding, compliance, expenses and more - to help organisations reduce human error and stay fully compliant. Even today, companies across MENA manage payroll, employee information, documents, onboarding checklists, and a plethora of other tasks manually. They default to spreadsheets, legacy enterprise solutions, and dated basic HR solutions, causing an array of issues and challenges, including human error and fraud, weak compliance, poor transparency, and more. About the role Onboard new customers into Cercli platform and manage implementations end-to-end (project management). Configure Cercli settings and parameters for each customer. Thoroughly support customers with their data migration (advanced Excel / Google Sheet data handling). Train new and existing customers on Cercli best practices and latest features. Manage existing customer relationships by regularly checking in and anticipating needs. Support with product marketing campaigns, communications and customer engagement (Pylon). Organize customer events and package deliveries. Manage logistics accordingly. Support customers with daily requests (Pylon). Create and update how-to guide knowledge base articles (Pylon / Notion). Strong English communications skills required. Arabic speaker a strong plus.
