Role Overview
HealthBook+ is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help drive product adoption, improve customer engagement, and support go-to-market execution across launches, campaigns, and events.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can translate product capabilities into clear messaging, build enablement materials, and collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to help drive engagement and ensure customers reach their “aha” moment quickly and continue to grow usage over time.
Key Responsibilities
Product Adoption & Customer Activation
• Partner with Product and Customer Success to support onboarding journeys that reduce friction and accelerate time-to-value
• Develop messaging and materials that help customers and patients understand core product benefits early
• Contribute to interactive training tools such as checklists, tutorials, webinars, and onboarding content
Continuous Engagement & Education
• Create customer-facing content that drives ongoing feature adoption (emails, in-app messaging, guides, videos)
• Maintain and improve knowledge infrastructure including self-serve documentation and adoption playbooks
• Support campaigns that highlight new or underused features based on customer needs
Go-to-Market & Product Launch Support
• Assist in planning and executing product launches, including positioning, release communications, website updates, campaigns, and internal enablement
• Own and refine product positioning to ensure HealthBook’s value and competitive differentiation are consistently communicated across launches, campaigns, sales enablement, and investor presentations
• Develop messaging, sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive summaries
• Develop educational content, such as webinars, white papers, blog articles, videos, email copy, and brochures to drive awareness and leads
• Coordinate cross-functional launch activities across marketing, sales, and customer teams
Feedback Loops & Iteration
• Work with Product and Analytics teams to gather customer insights via surveys, NPS, and customer interviews
• Help translate feedback into adoption-focused messaging and roadmap communication
• Monitor adoption trends and contribute ideas to reduce churn and improve retention
B2B2C Partner Enablement
• Support partner-facing marketing needs such as co-branded toolkits and white-label messaging
• Help align communications for both business stakeholders and end consumers
• Ensure partners have clear visibility into product value and customer engagement drivers
Campaigns, Events, and General Marketing Support
• Assist with broader marketing initiatives including content development for the website, collateral, and advertisements, and supporting events, webinars, partner activations, and field campaigns
• Support execution of demand generation efforts as needed, especially in a lean team environment
• Collaborate across marketing functions to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, SaaS marketing, or related roles
• Experience supporting B2B software products (healthcare and B2B2C exposure are pluses)
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex products
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
• Highly organized, execution-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Familiarity with onboarding, lifecycle marketing, or adoption metrics is a plus
