About the role We are looking for our first Product Marketing leader to help shape and execute our go-to-market strategy. The product marketing team’s success is anchored to the love and trust AI developers around the world place in us. Reporting directly to the founders, this role demands a blend of creative thinking, market insight, and a deep understanding of our customers' needs. We are profoundly customer-focused, ensuring customers’ needs are at the forefront of everything we do at Maxim. The responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to: Create and execute GTM strategies for Maxim’s new and existing product suite/features Lead the end-to-end marketing efforts across content marketing, social media, email, website, and other developer-focused channels Think outside the box in how we position and sell our product. This could involve creating high-quality collaterals (presentations, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos) or networking to connect with key people in the ecosystem Collaborate cross-functionally to align the product, positioning, and messaging with business objectives and the rapidly evolving market trends Track and analyze performance, and optimize strategies based on user feedback and market dynamics to maximize ROI Influence product strategy based on customer feedback and market research Convert unique, successful strategies into standardized processes for easier replication and scaling of our go-to-market teams About you You are customer-obsessed You are entrepreneurial. You thrive in ambiguity, love ambitious problem statements, and move fast! You have a stellar track record of product marketing at an early-stage or a growth-stage company, preferably in B2B SaaS. You have experience marketing to technical audiences You are an excellent communicator. You enjoy creating compelling content to communicate ideas in both verbal and written forms to internal and external teams You are well-versed in technical communication and love breaking down complex technical concepts into easily consumable and engaging content You have strong analytical skills and creative thinking that guide your marketing decisions You have built and led teams before Nice to haves You have previous experience working with AI products You have a strong presence on developer-focused channels
