TL;DR
You want to own the growth engine at an early-stage, cashflow positive startup from day one. You're a hands-on marketer who builds campaigns, runs experiments, and uses AI tools obsessively to move faster. You'll work directly with the CEO to systematize and scale what's working, discover what's next, and make AccessOwl the obvious choice for IT teams managing SaaS access.
Who we are
AccessOwl is building the first AI-native Access Governance Suite. We make it radically easier for IT and security teams to manage SaaS access, stay compliant, and eliminate shadow IT, without the overhead of traditional identity systems.
Philip (CEO) and Mathias (CTO) are serial entrepreneurs who felt the real pain of managing employee access manually in their previous companies. They founded AccessOwl out of frustration with manual onboarding, offboarding, and compliance workflows that slow companies down. By combining automation with agentic AI, we are redefining how modern IT admins govern SaaS.
We are a cashflow positive, Y Combinator-backed startup working with companies like Harvey, Pulley, and Braintrust. Our team is customer-centric, pragmatic, and ambitious.
Your responsibilities
Own and execute content marketing end-to-end: blog posts, SEO/GEO optimization, and programmatic pages to grow organic and AI search visibility
Build and maintain an active presence in Reddit communities relevant to our ICP, engaging authentically in threads where IT admins and security teams ask questions
Set up and manage paid campaigns including retargeting (Google Ads, Meta) and competitor branded campaigns
Run structured growth experiments across channels, measure results, and make clear recommendations on where to double down
Build automations and workflows using AI tools to connect and manage marketing systems (Google Ads, Framer, Google Search Console, and more)
Work directly with the CEO daily to align on priorities, experiments, content calendar, and co-develop the growth playbook
That's you
3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or content marketing at a B2B SaaS startup
Hands-on experience with SEO, paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta), and content creation
Genuinely excited about AI: Claude or ChatGPT are your daily drivers, you've set up your own automations in n8n or Zapier, and you've been tinkering with Claude Code, OpenClaw and the likes
High-agency operator who is excited to run experiments and not create decks. You ship, measure, and iterate.
Generalist mindset: comfortable jumping between content, paid campaigns, community without needing a narrow lane
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where you help create the playbook, not follow one
Familiar with tools like Google Search Console, Lemlist, Framer, or similar - or confident you can pick them up fast
You may not be a good fit if...
You want to manage a team and set strategy from above. This is a hands-on building role.
You need detailed playbooks and SOPs before you can start. Here, you create them.
You're not actively using AI tools in your work. If Claude or ChatGPT aren't part of your daily routine, this isn't the right fit.
You prefer to specialize deeply in one channel rather than owning the full top-of-funnel picture.
