ServiceNow Field Service Management - Technical Consultant at Four Dragons
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) Technical Consultant to join our Expert Services team. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert and technical lead, delivering end-to-end FSM implementations and helping enterprise clients transform their field service operations on the ServiceNow platform.
What You Will Do
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow Field Service Management solutions, including Work Order Management, Dispatch, Scheduling, and Mobile capabilities
- Serve as the primary technical resource on FSM engagements, guiding customers through requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment
- Configure and customize ServiceNow FSM modules including Dynamic Scheduling, Planned Maintenance, Asset and Parts Management, and Connected Field Service (IoT integration)
- Develop technical documentation including solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and client team members
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for end users and administrators
- Integrate FSM with third-party systems and other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM)
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide creative solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
- Support pre-sales activities including scoping, demos, and proposal development
What We Are Looking For
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, with at least 2 years focused on Field Service Management
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Field Service Management (CIS-FSM) required
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- Strong understanding of FSM business processes including scheduling, dispatch, work order lifecycle, and mobile workforce management
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development: Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and REST/SOAP integrations
- Experience with Dynamic Scheduling Engine (DSE) and Optimization configuration
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment preferred
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM, CAD) are a plus
