This role requires excellent stakeholder management, sourcing capabilities, and the ability to attract top technical talent in a competitive hiring landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and other innovative channels.Hire for various technical positions including Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, Data Engineers, and other technology roles.Evaluate candidate profiles, technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology professionals.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and market intelligence within the technology and SaaS ecosystem.Required Skills & Qualifications1-7 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment.Prior experience hiring for Product-based SaaS organizations is highly preferred.Strong understanding of software development technologies, technical roles, and hiring practices.Experience in permanent staffing and lateral hiring.Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience hiring across Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, and DevOps functions.Exposure to high-growth startup or product company hiring environments.Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.About Pylon Management Consulting - Founded in 2004, in its 19th Year of operation, PYLON is the India's leading Talent Search Company founded and led by people from the premier colleges like IIT Delhi, IIT Mumbai, and PEC Chandigarh.
