You will be the architect responsible for building and maintaining robust systems that support our rapidly growing internal user base. This role is key to managing and deploying internal IT services, including asset management and compliance reporting.What you get to do every day Diagnose, investigate and resolve technical incidents and problems. This role is the primary point of escalation for our IT Support team Provide Tier 2/3 support and procurement for internally used applications Document support tasks and create processes when needed in order to keep the IT team on the same page with how things are done, and that processes can be repeated or trained to others Architect systems, user flows and solutions as needs arise. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $133,000 - $161,000 and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered.
