We are looking for a Customer Success Program Manager — a deeply member-focused role that ensures every interaction feels human, every host feels supported, and every dinner runs with care and ease.
✨ The Role
You will be the first point of contact for our members and the operational heart of our Dinner at Home series and Host Program.
From responding to member messages to coordinating dinners and supporting hosts, you will ensure our community feels cared for and connected — even behind the scenes.
This is a remote, flexible role that can be done alongside studies or another job, requiring strong organization, responsiveness, and warmth.
Core Responsibilities
1. Member Support & Communication
Be the calm, kind voice behind the community.
Respond to member questions via WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and LinkedIn DM’s on the day of receiving them (you don’t let any message slip through the cracks)
Manage messages per day with care and clarity, including requests such as:
ticket changes & cancellations
membership pauses
event questions
login & payment issues
failed payment follow-up
event ideas & feedback
Track referred members weekly in the system.
Use Periscope to manage communications and ensure performance.
Ensure all messages are responded to promptly between 10:00–18:00, and into the evening when events occur.
Maintain a maximum response window of 12 hours.
2. Coordinate the Dinner at Home Series
Help create unforgettable evenings — from behind the scenes.
Continually build our chef pipeline and chef roster, negociating contracts
Match hosts and chefs from submitted forms.
Send preparation guides and confirm logistics.
Ensure smooth coordination for 1 dinner per day.
Keep communication clear and energy positive via WhatsApp.
Ensure all chef invoices are correct and approved for payment
Ensure hosts feel confident and supported.
(No in-person presence required.)
3. Support & Coordinate the Host Program
Support the people who create magic.
Liaise with event hosts
Provide event briefs, contacts, and guidance.
Manage the Host Circle WhatsApp group.
Organize and schedule host training sessions.
Occasionally coordinate thank-you gifts for hosts.
Help maintain host engagement and confidence.
4. Community Engagement & Improvement
Be the first point of contact for the community.
Surface recurring questions, feedback, and improvement ideas.
Help strengthen systems that improve the member experience.
5. Team Participation
Attend one weekly team meeting.
Collaborate asynchronously with the global team.
Workload & Schedule
Full time, with flexibility!
Availability between 10:00–18:00 CET
Evening and weekend responsiveness on event days, it’s GO TIME!
