Junior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React, Node.js and proficiency in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), and basic skills in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to join our development team. As a Full Stack Developer at Facctum, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, RDBMS concepts, and basic AWS skills. Develop and implement user interfaces using React.js. Build efficient and reusable front-end components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications. Work closely with the back-end development team to integrate front-end and back-end components. Implement and maintain relational databases, ensuring data integrity and performance. Utilize basic AWS services for deployment, monitoring, and scalability. Debug and resolve issues reported by QA and clients. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in React, RDBMS, AWS, and web development. Requirements Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on MERN Stack. Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSocket communication. Strong knowledge of front-end build tools, such as Webpack. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Experience with database technologies, especially MongoDB, and RDBMS concepts. Basic knowledge of AWS services for deployment, monitoring, and scalability. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
