You'll take ownership of the company's core AI platform which is a sophisticated voice and chat infrastructure consisting of 51+ integrated products and systems used to build, test, and deploy enterprise AI agents and digital workers. You'll help shape technical direction, scale architecture, work closely with customers, and eventually help grow the engineering capability underneath you.

The Person:
Strong React experience
Strong Node.js backend development experience
Experience with Supabase, Vercel, and modern cloud infrastructure
Conversational AI / Agentic AI experience
Experience owning complex technical products or platforms
Strong communication skills and customer-facing ability
Ambitious mindset suited to high-performance startup environments
Wants ownership, influence, and technical leadership responsibility
