Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive web applications across frontend and backend
Build reusable components and scalable APIs
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers
Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and code reviews
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
Integrate third-party services and APIs
Participate in the full software development lifecycle
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Core Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in React.js for frontend development
Solid experience with Node.js for backend development
Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integrations
Working knowledge of Git version control
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
4–5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development
Experience working on real-world projects or production applications
Preferred Competencies
Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
