The focus is straightforward: consistent lead flow and scalable growth.We are building out our social media and paid social capabilities and are looking for experienced professionals who can take ownership of performance and execution across multiple accounts.Role Overview:We are hiring a Social Media Director to own both organic and paid social strategy and execution across multiple law firm clients.This is not a coordination role. You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns, along with overseeing content direction and ensuring performance targets are met. You should be comfortable operating independently and making decisions that impact results.Key Responsibilities:Own social media strategy and execution for multiple client accountsPlan and manage content calendars across all major platformsOversee and implement content productionWrite or refine messaging to align with each client’s positioningMonitor engagement and maintain professional standards across accountsTrack performance and continuously optimize based on dataPaid SocialManage paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn end-to-endHandle campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and scalingLead creative testing (hooks, formats, messaging) to improve conversionAnalyze performance data and make optimization decisionsReport on results and identify clear opportunities for improvementWhat You’ll Be Working With:Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign ManagerSocial platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTubeContent and scheduling toolsBasic editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)AI tools for content and workflow efficiencyRequirements:5+ years managing social media and paid social campaigns (agency experience is a must)Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (required), TikTok and/or LinkedInStrong understanding of performance marketing and lead generationExperience managing multiple client accounts simultaneouslyAbility to analyze data and make decisions based on performanceStrong writing and communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independentlyPreferred (Not Required):Experience with law firms or professional servicesExperience scaling paid campaigns with significant budgetsBackground in ad creative strategy and testingFamiliarity with AI tools in marketing workflowsCompensation:$60,000 – $90,000 base salary (depending on experience)Paid Vacation & sick timeMedical Benefits.
