If you're excited by user-centered design, fast iteration, and having a strategic seat at the table, we’d love to talk.What Will You Do?Design scalable, collaborative, and social online learning experiences used by Fortune 500 companies, universities, and training organizationsOwn 1-2 major projects at any time, serving as the design lead who shapes solutions from initial problem exploration through final implementationPartner closely with the product management team to frame problems, define project scope, explore multiple design approaches, and make well-reasoned recommendationsProvide production-ready mocks and assets, and work closely with engineers to balance quality and feasibilityConduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and understand user goalsWhen challenges arise, proactively align stakeholders, propose solutions, and adjust scope as neededHelp shape the future of our product by contributing to product strategy and roadmap discussionsWhat Skills Are Needed For This Role?Experience & Skills5+ years of experience designing products that have been used by end users and clients at scaleProven track record of solving complex real-world problems with strategic thinking and elegant, user-centered solutionsProficiency with the full design toolkit: wireframing, user flows, high-fidelity mocks, prototyping, user interviews, and usability testingExpert-level skills with design tools like Figma, including advanced features like components and design librariesExperience maintaining visual and interaction consistency by working within established design systems and contributing to their evolutionStrong visual design foundation with attention to detail and pixel-perfect executionUnderstanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principlesExperience designing responsive Web/Mobile experiencesUnderstanding of HTML/CSS and development constraintsExperience designing AI-powered features that enhance user workflows and personalize experiences is a plusFamiliarity with GenAI tools to accelerate workflows is a plusPreferred QualificationsIndependent ownership: You can take projects from problem definition through execution, managing stakeholder relationships and driving decisions without constant guidance.
