Role Overview
We are building the next-generation AI-powered prediction market platform for Southeast Asia, inspired by Polymarket — but localized, more scalable, and enhanced with AI-driven insights.
As our Founding CTO / Technical Co-Founder, you will not just lead technology — you will co-build the company from 0 to 1.
You will be responsible for:
Designing and owning the full technical architecture
Building a Web3-native product (smart contracts + off-chain systems)
Integrating AI for prediction, risk detection, and user intelligence
Shaping token economics and infrastructure
👉 This is a high-ownership role with equity + token upside, not a traditional job.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ System Architecture (Critical)
Design and build full-stack architecture:
Smart Contracts (Solidity / Rust)
Backend (Node.js / Python)
Frontend (React / Next.js)
Develop a high-performance prediction engine
(order book / AMM-based systems)
2️⃣ Web3 Development
Develop and audit smart contracts:
Prediction markets
Liquidity pools
Integrate:
Wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect)
Chains (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Solana)
Handle:
On-chain & off-chain data synchronization
Indexing and data pipelines
3️⃣ AI / Data Layer (Core Differentiator)
Build AI-driven modules:
User behavior analytics
Fraud & manipulation detection
Market trend prediction
Integrate:
LLMs (OpenAI / open-source models)
Data pipelines and inference systems
4️⃣ Product & Company Building (Co-Founder Level)
Work closely with CEO to define:
Product roadmap
Technical direction
Tokenomics design
Recruit and lead future engineering team
🧠 Requirements
Must-Have
Proven experience in Web3 development (DeFi / DApp / NFT)
Strong knowledge of:
Solidity or Rust
Smart contract deployment & security
Experience with hybrid Web2 + Web3 architecture
Strong system design capability (not just coding)
Nice-to-Have 🔥
Experience building:
Prediction markets / DEX / AMM
Familiarity with:
AI / Machine Learning (Python, LLMs)
Startup experience (0 → 1)
Hackathon / open-source contributor
💰 Compensation
Equity: 10% – 30% (based on experience & commitment)
Token Allocation: Early contributor allocation
Salary: Flexible / Deferred (early-stage)
