Sales Leader at GetSetYo
About the Role -
We are hiring a Sales leader to scale GetSetYo’s travel inside sales team. This role will own the end-to-end revenue engine for one of company’s holiday and hotel sales team, including sales strategy, team leadership, conversion optimization, and operational excellence.
You will lead a team of travel sales and operations executives and be responsible for building a high-performance sales culture focused on customer delight, operational efficiency, and strong unit economics.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will work closely with the founder and cross-functional teams including product, marketing, engineering, and community to scale revenue and improve the customer experience.
This role offers a rare opportunity to build a next-generation AI-enabled travel sales organization at the intersection of creator economy and travel commerce.

Key Responsibilities
Own revenue targets for holidays and hotels bookings
Lead and mentor a team of sales and operations executives
Improve lead-to-booking conversion rates through better sales processes and coaching
Design and implement performance incentive structures for the sales team
Build dashboards to monitor sales productivity, funnel metrics, margins, and customer satisfaction
Work with marketing and creator teams to improve lead quality and demand generation
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve CRM tools and automation
Drive supplier negotiations and operational processes to ensure competitive pricing and strong margins
Build scalable playbooks and processes as the company grows
Requirements for this Role
Necessary
Proven track record of leading and managing a high performing sales team (that sells B2C products over phone/whatsapp or other digital platforms)
Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and team productivity management
Excellent communication skills including command over written & spoken English, and ability to coach and motivate teams
High business acumen and understanding of levers that impact revenue and growth, and ability to manage tradeoffs.
Customer centricity - you should believe that customer satisfaction is the most important factor in the success of any organisation.
Comfort working with CRM tools, Excel dashboards, and AI productivity tools
Comfort with designing performance incentives depending on organizational goals and understanding data and dashboards.
Great team player and collaborative attitude.
Preferred
Prior experience of selling travel products/services (hotels or holidays).
Prior experience of using AI tools.
Candidates with experience from a top college will be preferred
Candidates who are well-travelled themselves will be preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced small company would be preferred.
