We're now looking for a driven Sales Representative to accelerate our growth and take our offerings to new clients! The Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive, sef-motivated Sales Representative to handle the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing-on a commission/revenue-share basis. This is a remote role with complete flexibilty and major income potential for candidate who thrive in entrepreneurial, high-trust environments. Key Responsibilities Prospect, quality and generate new business opportunity via email, LinkedIn, calls and your network. Manage the entire sales journey incusing initial outreach, lead qualification, discovery calls proposal development, and deal closing. Collaborate direclty with our founder and technical team to refine messaging, proposal and delivery hand-offs. Maintain relationship with prospects/clients and pursue opportunities to repeat and referral business. Use provided tools (Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, proposal templates) and your own strategies for outreach. What you Get: Revenue share/commissionL 20-25% on every closed project. Payment structure: 50% on initial contract/deposit, 50% at project completetion. Complete autonomy: shape your pipeline-your leads, your wins, your rewards. Comprehensive support: prospect lists, slae collateral, team guidance, and technical backup. Unlimited earning potential: Expected 500 - 1500 USD per month (based on performace; no upper cap). Flexibe remote work: Results-driven, not hours-driven. Who You Are: 1+ Year(s) proven experience in B2B slaes, business development, or account management-preferably in softwar, SaaS or digital service. Strong ablity to communicate tech value to foundersa and execs. Comfortable with outreach (cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, calls) and closing deals end-to-end. Self-starter: highly motivated, reliable and outcome-oriented. Fluent english required; other languages a plus. Nice to Have Prior experience selling to startups or in a web/app dev space.
