Summary: Apex IT India is seeking an Oracle Engagement Cloud Consultant with expertise in the Redwood (NGS) user experience. This role requires a team player who is open to cross-training and pursuing certifications, contributing both as an individual and as a mentor.
Responsibilities:
Design the application using Redwood and modify Redwood pages.
Implement Oracle Engagement Cloud in line with the design provided by the Team Leader.
Take responsibility for development from definition through delivery.
Demonstrate strong design and development capabilities.
Create business process models based on client requirements.
Contribute both as a mentor and an individual contributor.
Utilize strong troubleshooting and groovy coding skills.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience with Oracle Engagement Cloud or Oracle Sales Cloud CRM systems.
Experience implementing all CX UIs (Web, Outlook, Mobile) with knowledge of Redwood UI, responsive UI, and Visual Builder.
Experience with functional modules like Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Engagement Cloud Service Request functionalities.
Proficiency in visual builder extensions, action chains, event listeners, JSON, and JavaScript.
Certification in Oracle Redwood Development is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with other Oracle clouds like CPQ or OIC is beneficial.
Strong programming skills and ability to review complex code bases.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Capability to research, follow up, and resolve complex issues.
Understanding and analyzing explicit and implicit requirements.
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Oracle CX.
Position Type and Expected Work Hours: Full-time/Permanent, 40 hours per week.
