Your Role
As a Graphic Design & Content Marketing Intern, you will support the DDX team in creating high-quality visual assets for our global events, digital campaigns, speaker announcements, partner communications, social media, and website.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in building the visual identity of an international design and innovation conference brand.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Visual Communication
Create branded visuals for social media, newsletters, websites, presentations, and event campaigns
Design speaker cards, partner announcements, agenda assets, event banners, and promotional graphics
Support the development of visual concepts for DDX events and campaigns
Help maintain a consistent look and feel across all DDX materials
Improve layouts, typography, image selection, and overall visual quality of communication assets
Brand Design & Event Assets
Support the creation of event materials such as agendas, signage, speaker visuals, partner assets, and presentation slides
Help adapt the DDX brand across different cities, formats, and campaign needs
Create simple design systems and reusable templates for faster content production
Support the visual presentation of partners, speakers, and event highlights
Social Media & Content Design
Design engaging assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels
Turn speaker quotes, event moments, insights, and announcements into strong visual content
Support the creation of short-form video graphics, reels, motion assets, and simple animations
Help prepare content for campaigns around speakers, partners, attendees, and event launches
Website & Digital Design
Support updates to the DDX website and event pages
Improve the visual structure of speaker pages, agenda sections, partner areas, and landing pages
Help make content more clear, premium, and visually engaging
Support simple layout improvements across digital touchpoints
Content & Marketing Support
Assist with short texts for social media, speaker announcements, websites, and newsletters
Support campaign planning and content organization
Help prepare marketing materials for event promotion, partnerships, and audience growth
What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in graphic design, branding, visual communication, UX, marketing, or events
A good eye for layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency
Experience with tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Notion, Squarespace, or similar
Basic understanding of social media formats and digital content design
Ability to create clean, modern, and visually engaging assets
Strong communication skills in English
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving international environment
A portfolio or selected examples of previous design work are required as part of the application
