Full Stack Engineer

We're a small team building fast. You'll own features end-to-end — from database schema to the pixel — and have a direct line to product decisions. No bureaucracy, no ticket queues, no waiting for design approval.
What you'll work on
Build and ship user-facing features across the full stack
Design and optimize Postgres schemas, queries, and RLS policies
Integrate third-party APIs and internal services
Own performance — from Core Web Vitals to query latency
Contribute to architecture decisions early, while they still matter
What we're looking for
2–4 years building production web applications
Strong with React and Next.js (App Router preferred)
Comfortable with Node.js and writing server-side logic
Solid understanding of relational databases — you write real SQL, not just ORM calls
You've debugged something in production at 2am and lived to tell the story
Move fast without leaving a trail of broken things behind you
Nice to have
Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL specifically
Exposure to vector search, embeddings, or AI integrations
Have shipped something people actually use — side project, open source, anything
