About Loopp
Loopp, a portfolio company of Foundersmax, is building the operating system for AI execution, connecting companies with elite AI talent, managed delivery, and scalable product builds.
We’re looking for a CEO to lead Loopp from 0 – 1 and beyond.
This role owns vision, execution, fundraising, and early traction.
Key Responsibilities
Define company vision, positioning, and narrative
Drive 0 – 1 execution across product and operations
Lead fundraising (pre-seed / seed) and investor relations
Close early customers and generate revenue
Build and lead the founding team (builders + operators)
Develop GTM strategy and partnership ecosystem
Oversee product, delivery quality, and customer outcomes
Establish culture, systems, and operating frameworks
Requirements
Strong builder mindset with 0 – 1 execution ability
High ownership, speed, and decision-making ability
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Ability to sell vision to investors, customers, and partners
Commercial awareness (revenue, pricing, growth)
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high pressure
Nice to Have
Experience in startups, marketplaces, or AI
Fundraising or investor exposure
Experience hiring and leading small teams
What Success Looks Like (12 Months)
Raise seed round
Launch core offerings (AI builds + talent marketplace)
Acquire first 15–35 customers
Build initial team and delivery system
Establish early market presence
