Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product design for core gaming and monetization features translate user pain points into intuitive, high-conversion UI/UX flows.
Prototype and iterate rapidly using Figma deliver pixel-perfect mockups, interactive prototypes, and design system components for cross-functional teams.
Partner with product managers and engineers to define feature specs, prioritize user-centric improvements, and validate designs via A/B testing and usability sessions.
Own the visual language and interaction design across mobile game SDKs and dashboards ensure consistency across 500+ integrated titles.
Conduct user research, analyze behavioral data (via Mixpanel/Amplitude), and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
Document design rationale, component specs, and accessibility guidelines to scale design quality across the engineering org.
