The Role
Event Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience who is equal parts operator and marketer.
This person will own the planning and execution of:
Industry tradeshows and sponsorship activations
Hosted executive dinners and field events
Virtual events and webinars
You’ll partner closely with marketing and sales to ensure every event drives pipeline, brand awareness, and measurable impact.This role is ideal for someone scrappy, highly organized, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves — whether that’s managing booth logistics, coordinating vendors, aligning with SDRs, or troubleshooting onsite.
What You Will Do
1. Tradeshow & Sponsorship Management
Plan and execute Zuddl’s presence at industry events and conferences
Manage booth logistics, vendors, shipping, collateral, and swag
Coordinate pre-event outreach and onsite engagement strategy with sales
Ensure flawless lead capture and post-event follow-up processes
2. Hosted Dinners & Field Events
Own end-to-end planning of executive dinners and curated field experiences
Source venues, manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate guest lists
Partner with sales on invite strategy and attendee management
Oversee onsite execution as needed
3. Virtual Events & Webinars
Manage logistics and production timelines
Coordinate with Head of Community and Brand Experiences on speaker communications and internal stakeholders
Ensure strong registration performance and attendee experience
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with demand gen on promotion and campaign alignment
Work closely with sales leadership to align on goals and pipeline impact
Ensure tight communication before, during, and after events
5. Measurement & Optimization
Measure event performance and pipeline contribution against marketing goals
Analyze results and recommend improvements
Continuously refine processes and playbooks
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in event marketing or field marketing in B2B SaaS
Strong event operations experience (logistics, vendors, budgets, timelines)
Experience managing tradeshows and sponsorships
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
Highly organized with strong project management skills
Scrappy and resourceful — you figure it out
Willingness to travel occasionally for key events
