ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant at Four Dragons
Four Dragons is hiring a ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant to lead and support remote implementation engagements for our customers across the United States.
In this role you will design, build, and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions — including Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Case & Knowledge Management, Document Management, and integrations with core HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical design and hands-on configuration/development of ServiceNow HRSD implementations for customer projects delivered 100% remotely.
- Build Lifecycle Events (Journeys), Employee Center / Employee Center Pro experiences, Topic-based service delivery, and Case Management workflows.
- Develop flows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies/actions, and Service Portal/Next Experience customizations.
- Implement integrations with HRIS / payroll / identity systems via IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and custom scripted APIs.
- Configure Document Management, Employee Document Templates, and e-signature integrations.
- Partner with the Business Process Consultant and customer stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support data migration, environment management, ATF testing, and go-live activities.
- Provide knowledge transfer and technical documentation to customer admin teams.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with 2+ years specifically delivering HRSD implementations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS-HR) strongly preferred.
- Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub experience.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, or ADP.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills; comfortable leading remote workshops and design sessions.
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the US.
This is a 100% remote role supporting customer implementation projects across the US.
