Growth — Founder’s Office at KumoHQ We are looking for a hands-on growth operator to work directly with the founders on CampaignHQ, our customer engagement platform. This is not a generic content or social media role. We need someone who can dig deep, research markets, study competitors, find buyer pain points, test inbound channels, create content that ranks and converts, participate in communities like Reddit, and figure out what actually brings qualified leads. You will own experiments across SEO, blogs, Reddit/community, founder-led LinkedIn, short-form content, landing pages, and sales-support content. Responsibilities find what inbound channels and content themes can work for CampaignHQ research competitors, keywords, Reddit/community discussions, and buyer questions create SEO blogs, landing pages, comparison pages, and use-case pages improve existing content based on Search Console and buyer intent participate in Reddit/communities in a helpful, non-spammy way convert sales/customer conversations into content and sales assets support founder-led LinkedIn/content distribution create short video ideas/scripts and coordinate with freelancers run small experiments, measure results, and double down on what works prepare weekly growth reports with learnings, numbers, and next actions You are a fit if you have grown traffic, content, leads, community, or audience before you can show proof of past work/results you write clearly and research deeply you are comfortable with SEO and content-led growth you understand that Reddit/community is about trust, not spam you can work without daily spoon-feeding you are curious, fast, and practical you like messy startup problems you can say “this didn’t work, here’s what I tested next” Experience is not a restriction We care more about proof than years of experience. You could have 4 years of growth experience or be just coming out of college. If you have built something, grown an audience, ranked content, generated leads, run community experiments, written content that performed, or shown real hustle with measurable outcomes, we’d be happy to talk. You are not a fit if you only want to write blogs from briefs you need someone to tell you every topic you only know Canva/social media posting you think SEO is just keywords/backlinks you have no examples of past execution you prefer strategy decks over shipping What we’ll ask you to show Please share any proof of past execution: blogs/articles that ranked SEO/Search Console screenshots LinkedIn or social content that performed Reddit/community examples growth experiments you ran landing pages or comparison pages you wrote audience/community you built leads/signups/revenue influenced personal projects, side projects, newsletters, communities, or campaigns Compensation ₹50k–₹70k/month depending on proof, ownership, and ability to execute independently.
