DB Developer
Location: Chennai
Time: 2PM to 11PM IST
Mode: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases.
Prepare documentation and specifications.
Handle common database procedures such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.
Profile server resource usage, and optimize and tweak as necessary.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Perform code reviews.
Take part in software and architectural development activities.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency with SQL and its variations among popular databases: MS SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, etc.
Advanced database development experience (SQL & PLSQL).
Experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing stored procedures, functions, and packages.
Familiarity with database management programs (SQL Developer, PL/SQL Developer).
Knowledge of MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL support for JSON.
