Senior Odoo Full-Stack Developer at Uplers Senior Odoo Full-Stack Developer (Remote – India) Employment: Full-time, long-term Hours: Must overlap with 9 am–5 pm NZT About Us We are an official Odoo partner in New Zealand, delivering end-to-end ERP/CRM solutions for SMEs. You will be our in-house Odoo expert—first building our internal ERP, then leading client implementations. Role Overview A hands-on Odoo developer who can understand business needs, architect solutions, build end-to-end ERP systems, and lead technical delivery for both internal and client projects. This is a full-ownership role, not ticket-based development. Key Responsibilities Phase 1 – Build Our Internal ERP Analyse processes across Sales, CRM, Marketing, Support, Finance, Inventory, Website, etc. Architect and implement a full Odoo ERP: Configure & customise modules Build custom apps as needed Design clean UI/UX views, dashboards, menus Create integrations (marketing, telephony, email, accounting, etc.) Set up security, roles, logs, testing, deployment & basic training. Ensure scalability, maintainability, and documentation. Phase 2 – Client Projects Support sales/pre-sales with requirement understanding & solution design. Deliver full technical implementation for multiple clients. Build/customise Odoo modules & integrations. Optimise performance, security & deployment. Work with PMs/clients on requirements, estimates & delivery. Technical Skills Required 3–7+ years Odoo development (Enterprise/Community). Strong in Python, Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL. Odoo modules: CRM, Sales, Invoicing/Accounting, Helpdesk, Marketing, Contacts, Calendar (extra: HR, Inventory, Projects). Frontend: QWeb/OWL, XML, JS, HTML/CSS with good UI/UX sense. Experience with custom modules, automated actions, access rules, reports. API integrations (REST, webhooks). Git, basic DevOps, Linux knowledge. Excellent English, documentation skills, and ability to work independently. Nice to Have Worked with an official Odoo partner. Odoo.sh, Docker, CI/CD. Power BI or analytics.
