Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Sales (Hospitality/Hotels) to drive B2B sales in the hospitality segment. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, especially with hotels, architects, and purchase managers, and a proven track record in building materials sales.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales of marble products in the hospitality and hotel segment
Develop and manage strong relationships with:
Hotel groups
Purchase Managers
Architects & Interior Designers
Project consultants and contractors
Identify new business opportunities and key projects in Bangalore and other regions
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product selection, and order execution
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in B2B Sales within the Building Materials industry
Must have worked in industries such as:
Marble
Tiles
Granite
Ready Mix Concrete
Any building material with hospitality project exposure
Extensive network and connections in the Hospitality / Hotel industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Ability to handle large-value accounts and long sales cycles
Travel Requirements
This role involves frequent travel within Bangalore and outside the city
All official travel expenses will be fully reimbursed by the company
Joining Requirement
