Senior Business Development Manager, Strategic Partnerships at Founders Associate (Asia)
What You Will work on
• Build and manage a pipeline of U.S.-based financial institutions, investment groups, family offices, fund managers, RIAs, brokerages, fintech platforms, and professional investor communities
• Generate qualified introductions and demo opportunities
• Develop strategic relationships that can lead to pilots, mutual endorsements, co-marketing, referral opportunities, or long-term partnerships
• Help position as a credible AI-native investment product for professional and sophisticated investors
Qualifications Required (Mandarin Prefer)
• 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, institutional sales, fintech partnerships, or related roles
• Experience in fintech, investing, wealth management, trading, financial services, or professional investor networks
• Strong relationship-building skills with financial professionals, institutions, investors, or strategic partners
• Ability to explain complex products clearly and credibly to sophisticated audiences
• Strong communication, follow-up, and pipeline management skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with ability to work on a hybrid schedule
