Key Skills & Requirements:
10-12 years of strong experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and modern Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, LLMs)
Strong hands-on experience with Python for ML
Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn
Experience with Hugging Face, DeepSpeed
Docker for production-grade deployment
Experience in building, training, fine-tuning, and deploying ML/LLM models
