Partners with hiring managers and the HR Team to keep the recruiting pipeline moving and to deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer. Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channelsReview applications and resumes to screen candidates against role requirementsConduct initial phone screens and document candidate qualificationsSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersMaintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking systemDraft and post job openings to the careers page and external job boardCommunicate with candidates throughout the process and respond to inquiries promptlyCoordinate reference checks and pre-employment requirementsSupport offer preparation and new-hire handoff to onboardingTrack recruiting metrics and provide status updates to the CSOO and hiring managersRequired Qualifications:Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred1-5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related coordination experience1-5 years of experience sourcing technical rolesProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretionStrong organizational and time-management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS)Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or technical rolesFamiliarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcingBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldOther Qualifications:Successfully pass background check for cybersecurity site accessStrong written and verbal communication skills for candidate and hiring-manager interactionsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at onceComfortable using LinkedIn and similar sourcing tools, as well as applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting toolsDetail-oriented and able to maintain accurate, confidential candidate recordsCustomer-service mindset focused on a positive candidate experienceAble to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCybersecurity Role Expectations:Candidate will be responsible for reviewing policies and procedures related to cybersecurity and those relevant to the functions of their role.Candidate is expected to maintain a cybersecure work environment.Benefits:Paid Time OffMedical, Vision, Dental InsuranceHealth Savings Account with Employer contributions401(k) with Employer matchShort-term & Long-term Disability CoverageAccidental Death & Dismemberment CoverageLife Insurance CoverageEight paid holidays per yearAll other benefits required by applicable lawAlignment with Corporate ValuesAll Cutsforth employees are expected to perform their work in a manner that exhibits understanding and adherence to the Company Mission and Core Attributes of Cutsforth Employees.
