A platform that helps travel agents, OTAs, and travel businesses sell eSIMs as a new revenue line.
We’re hiring a high-agency digital marketer who uses AI everywhere—to move faster, test more, and outperform bigger teams.
The Mission
Own growth across two funnels:
D2C: Create content that drives traffic + conversions (and builds brand trust).
B2B: Generate qualified leads for JourneyStack through ads + outbound growth loops + partner channels.

Consistent pipeline of high-intent traffic from SEO + short-form + creator collaborations
Improved conversion rate through landing page testing, offer positioning, and checkout optimization
A repeatable content system that ships daily/weekly without burnout
B2B (JourneyStack)
Predictable lead flow (travel agents, OTAs, visa platforms, travel marketplaces, resellers)
Lower CPL over time through creative testing + better targeting + sharper messaging
A partner acquisition machine (micro-influencers, affiliates, travel groups, listings)
Core Responsibilities
1) AI-Driven Content Engine (D2C Growth)
You will build and run an AI content factory that produces:
Short-form video scripts (Reels/TikTok/Shorts): hooks, angles, UGC formats, “travel pain → eSIM fix”
Static creatives (carousel, story, meme-style, travel hacks)
SEO content: destination pages, “best eSIM for X,” comparisons, FAQs, airport connectivity guides
Lifecycle content: email flows, WhatsApp templates, post-purchase onboarding, top-up nudges
Brand trust assets: reviews, proof points, “how it works,” scam-proof education
AI expectation: you will use LLMs + creative tools to ship 10x faster than traditional marketers- while keeping quality high and sounding human.
2) Performance Marketing (D2C + B2B)
You will own paid acquisition across relevant channels:
Meta Ads (primary for D2C) — UGC-style creatives, broad targeting tests, retargeting, catalog/offer experiments
Google Search — high intent keywords (“eSIM for Japan”, “best eSIM Singapore”, etc.), competitor capture, landing page alignment
B2B Lead Gen Ads (Meta/Google/LinkedIn depending on economics) — lead forms, landing pages, qualification questions, follow-up flows
You will:
Build testing roadmaps (creative angles, offers, audiences, landing pages)
Track CAC, ROAS, MER (where applicable), LTV signals, and funnel drop-offs
Create weekly performance narratives: what we learned, what we’re changing, what’s next
3) Micro-Influencers + Affiliate Engine
You will build a creator/affiliate pipeline that actually converts (not vanity posts):
Identify and recruit micro-influencers (2k–50k followers) in travel niches: budget travel, solo female travel, business travel, study abroad, digital nomads, family travel
Run outreach + negotiation + brief + content review + posting calendar
Build affiliate program structure: tiered commissions, tracking links, coupon codes, payout cadence
Create affiliate-ready kits: hooks, scripts, b-roll ideas, landing pages, claim offers
Bonus: create “always-on” UGC sourcing so we never run out of ad creatives.
4) Marketplace & Listing Growth
You will drive distribution by listing and optimizing Journey eSIM across:
Travel deal communities, coupon sites, comparison pages
Affiliate marketplaces / partner directories
Relevant travel platforms where eSIM listings are allowed (region-specific)
You’ll treat listings like mini-landing pages:
Best keywords, best positioning, best offer framing, best trust signals
Track which listings drive sales and double down
5) B2B Partner Acquisition Support (JourneyStack)
You will support lead generation and partner acquisition for:
Travel agents and sub-agents
OTAs, visa platforms, travel communities, corporate travel sellers
Resellers who want white-label storefronts
Key responsibilities:
Build outbound assets: 1-pagers, case-study style posts, short demo clips, landing pages
Set up lead capture flows: form → WhatsApp/email automation → qualification → handoff
Run B2B retargeting and nurture campaigns (“sell eSIMs in 7 days”, “new revenue line for agents”)
7) GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) + “Appear in LLMs”
You will own our presence inside AI answers (ChatGPT / Gemini / Perplexity experiences) so Journey shows up when people ask:
“best eSIM for Japan”, “how to get data in Bali”, “travel eSIM cheap and reliable”, etc.
Overall you should have the following:
Weekly CRO backlog
Monthly improvements in conversion rate and drop-off reduction
AI Tooling Expectations (Non-Negotiable)
You don’t need to use the exact tools below, but you must operate like this:
LLMs for ideation + drafting + variants (hooks, scripts, landing copy, ad copy)
Creative generation tools for ads (image/video variations, subtitles, cuts, formats)
Workflow automation (content pipelines, posting schedules, reporting, outreach tracking)
Analytics + attribution discipline (dashboards, UTM hygiene, cohorts, funnels)
If you say “AI is the future” but still work like a 2018 marketer, this role will not fit.
KPIs You’ll Own
You will be measured on outcomes like:
D2C: revenue, CAC, ROAS/MER (where applicable), conversion rate, CTR, CPA, repeat/top-up rate signals
Content: weekly output volume, engagement rate, traffic contribution, SEO growth
Influencers/Affiliates: number recruited, active partners, cost per acquisition via affiliates, content reuse for ads
B2B: qualified leads/week, CPL, meeting booked rate, lead-to-opportunity quality
Requirements (Must Have)
3+ years in growth/performance marketing (startup experience preferred)
Strong hands-on execution with Meta + Google Ads (at least one deeply)
Able to create content briefs and ad creatives that convert (UGC-first mindset)
Comfortable with fast testing, imperfect info, and shipping weekly
Strong copy instincts + ability to write like a human (not corporate, not robotic)
Ability to run a pipeline (creators, affiliates, listings, leads) with discipline
Analytical thinking: you know how to read funnel data and make decisions
Nice-to-Haves (Big Advantage)
Experience in travel, subscriptions, or D2C ecommerce
Affiliate program setup experience (tracking, payouts, tiers, partner enablement)
Great design/video editing skills

This role is also eligible for senior leadership position directly reporting to founder. Also, any direct sales would result in commission. So you can make anywhere between $1000 to $2000 per month.

Partnerships & Influencer Scaling Janney AI: An AI agent that finds micro-influencers, verifies their audience, and—crucially—handles the outreach and negotiation via email without you touching it.
Affluent: Consolidates all your travel agent and affiliate data into one AI dashboard so you know exactly which partners are actually driving eSIM activations.
B2B Sales & Outreach (JourneyStack) Artisan (Ava): A "Digital Worker." Ava is an AI SDR that researches your B2B prospects and sends hyper-personalized emails and LinkedIn messages to book meetings for you.
Factors.ai: Deanonymizes your website traffic. It tells you which travel agencies are looking at your B2B pricing page so you can trigger a "hot lead" outreach instantly.
