Job Summary Lead cutting-edge research in machine learning, focusing on advanced model architectures & scaffolds, optimization techniques, and autonomous AI systems. Work closely with product and ML engineering teams to translate research into scalable production systems. Drive innovation through experimentation, paper implementation, and contributions to open-source or proprietary ML frameworks. Responsibilities Design, prototype, and evaluate novel ML strategies across deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative models. Conduct empirical research on large-scale datasets to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and robustness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research breakthroughs into production pipelines. Stay current with ML literature; identify and adapt state-of-the-art techniques to practical problems. Publish findings internally and externally; contribute to patents or conference papers. Mentor junior researchers and engineers in scientific methodology and experimental rigor. Requirements MS / PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related quantitative field. 5+ years of hands-on research experience in applied ML or AI systems. Strong foundation in deep learning frameworks. Proven track record of published research or impactful ML system contributions. Excellent understanding of model optimization, data efficiency, and evaluation metrics. Ability to work autonomously on ambiguous research problems and deliver concrete results.
