We move with urgency and believe great outcomes come from high standardsAbout the role The Accounting manager will own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and compliance processes across US, UK, and India entities. They will oversee account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. What you’ll do India Payroll Processing and Accounting Process monthly Payroll in Greythr (Payroll Management System) and ensure accurate statutory deductions (PF, Income Tax, ESI). Maintain Salary Registers, Employee Loan Registers. Payroll Accounting in NetSuite. Manage Commission and Bonus Accruals. Manage Benefit Accruals like gratuity. Prepare Payroll Reconciliations between BambooHR (HRIS), GreytHR and NetSuite to ensure accuracy of gross-to-net calculations. Coordinate with Payroll vendors, People team (BambooHR), and India tax advisors on compliance and employee-related queries. Maintain Payroll Schedules and Disclosures for Audit. Close & Financial Controls Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Perform Bank and Cash reconciliations. Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Perform reasonableness testing on P&L and balance sheet movements. Manage prepaids and fixed assets accounting, depreciation schedules, and asset reconciliation. Compliance, Tax & Audit Support Maintain and update the global compliance calendar workbook. Maintain strong documentation and audit-ready schedules. Assist with India tax filings and coordination with India tax advisors. India Tax & Global Accounting Maintain India tax compliance documentation and transfer pricing records. Process India income tax and GST entries and adjustments. Perform multi-entity reconciliations across India entities and consolidated books. You will thrive in this role if you Attention to Detail: This role needs to be highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in processing sales incentives and monthly payouts. Customer-Centric Approach: Clear communication with non-technical employees with a proactive problem solving approach. Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage dual responsibilities across various functions like AP, Payroll, GL and Bank while tracking numerous transactions.
