Requirements:
High School Diploma.
English proficiency at 85% or higher.
Previous customer service experience is preferred/desired.
Strong computer aptitude, documentation skills, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent phone, email, and chat etiquette.
Schedule flexibility and ability to work on-site in Zone 4.
Professionalism and a positive, people-oriented attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
