THE PATH
Phase 1 — Part-Time Founding Contributor
Most team members will begin on a flexible part-time basis.
This allows contributors to learn the business, understand the mission, and demonstrate their capabilities while maintaining existing commitments.
During this phase, you will work directly alongside the founders and contribute to critical growth initiatives.
Your focus may include:
Generating strategic opportunities
Building relationships with founders and operators
Developing enterprise partnerships
Supporting business development initiatives
Creating revenue opportunities
Contributing to go-to-market initiatives
Assisting with growth projects
Helping establish scalable systems and processes
You will gain direct exposure to company strategy, leadership discussions, product development, growth planning, and long-term company vision.
