You will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and producing short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, trends, aesthetics, and creating content that stops the scroll. Responsibilities Content Creation Research, plan, and create high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts). Edit videos using Canva Add hooks, captions, text overlays, subtitles, and trending sounds. Repurpose long-form content into shorter clips. Strategy & Trends Stay up-to-date with social media trends, niche trends, audios, and visual styles. Pitch creative ideas and concepts for viral-style videos. Analyse performance and suggest improvements for engagement and reach. Brand & Messaging Maintain brand consistency across all videos (colour, tone, message, style). Implement brand aesthetics to match our wellness and lifestyle identity. Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, launches, blogs, and digital products. Collaboration & Workflow Work closely with the content team on scripts, hooks, and ideas. Review feedback and make adjustments quickly. Manage a simple video production calendar. Requirements Strong interest in short-form video creation and social media culture. Basic video editing skills (Canva). Creative eye for transitions, typography, pacing, and storytelling. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and willingness to learn. Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory) Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, or personal brands. Understanding of hooks, retention strategies, and social storytelling. Ability to develop scripts, captions, or storytelling frameworks. Basic understanding of analytics (views, CTR, retention).
