What You’ll Do
Keep the branch running smoothly through strong organization, communication, and follow-through:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including clerical tasks, supplies, and office systems
Partner with the Branch Director to support team needs and maintain an efficient work environment
Coordinate onboarding tasks, including I-9 completion and new hire documentation
Prepare and organize materials for new hire orientation and ensure readiness for day one
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including patient-related documentation and vendor invoices
Answer incoming calls and support outbound communication on behalf of the branch
Maintain accurate records through data entry and updates in internal systems
Serve as a key point of contact for office needs, vendors, and team support
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings organization, professionalism, and a strong sense of ownership:
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of administrative or office experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills, including phone support
Comfortable working with computers, systems, and office technology
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
