In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting suite of AI-powered recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving business success. Responsibilities: 1) Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities. 2) Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive client satisfaction and retention. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and guidance on recruitment best practices and industry trends.
