In this role, you'll contribute to the development, maintenance, and operational support of modern data pipelines and business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data engineering with reporting and visualization while supporting both project delivery and day-to-day production operations.What You'll Do Data EngineeringDesign, develop, and maintain data transformation workflows using dbt.Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest, cleanse, and transform data from multiple sources.Develop and maintain data preparation workflows using Alteryx.Create and maintain Python scripts to automate data processing and pipeline tasks.Ensure data pipelines are scalable, reliable, and well documented.Monitor scheduled jobs and troubleshoot pipeline failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks.Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring production issues.Maintain operational documentation and runbooks.Data VisualizationDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy.Translate business requirements into intuitive and effective reporting solutions.Optimize dashboards for usability and performance.Support existing reports by resolving issues, improving functionality, and ensuring successful data refreshes.Required Qualifications:6+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Analytics development.Professional proficiency in English.Hands-on experience with dbt.Experience building data preparation workflows using Alteryx.Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and modern data pipeline development.Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.Experience developing dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy.Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.Experience supporting both project-based development and production (RunOps) environments.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Nice to HaveExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Experience with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.Familiarity with data warehousing and dimensional data modeling concepts.Previous consulting or enterprise environment experience supporting production data platforms.
