What you will be doing: Visiting network hospitals and taking care of cashless processes of clients end-to-end Overseeing multiple cashless authorizations and discharge Building relationships with different hospitals for a favorable service Interacting with Claims Administrator at Loop to coordinate efforts for a smooth cashless procedure Working with hospitals, TPAs, the internal team at Loop to ensure a speedy resolution Interact with client and take care of all claim-related procedures What we are looking for: 1+ years of experience working with cashless claims Has held a role in a TPA/hospital desk/insurer in a claims-facing role Has had 6+ months experience interacting with customers Strong communication skills Fluency in a regional language is encouraged Interested in learning new technological tools
